For me, this was one of the most challenging challenges but totally worth it, thank you Bob! Come to Portugal one day :)

mnsixofus August 29, 2010 at 1:24 am

Love these challenges Bob! They are quick enough to add in when I have a few minutes here and there throughout the day. I’m hoping between these challenges and alternating the cardio, strength, and yoga dvd’s I can finally get rid of those 10 lbs I’ve been hanging onto! Thanks and keep them coming!

Just tried it out Bob. It’s great! Can really feel it even with the soup cans! Do at least the big ones though…

I do the same shoulder raise but with resistance cords.
Would the results be the same as with free weights?
I find the cords less expensive and easy to use.

i cant believe it! i did it! i tried it with weights and without! love these challenges-keep them coming. nice to have fresh new moves!

JavaMom79 August 30, 2010 at 5:37 am

OH wow!! This really was a challenge! By the time I got the front ones, my arms felt so dead! I’m going to keep working on this until I can go all the way… :)
I’ve just gotten on the program here, so I’m really loving your videos.
Has anyone ever told you, Bob, you’re an easy person to lip read? I’m hard of hearing and depend on lipreading when there’s no caption or sign available to me. :)
Thanks for doing this for all us out here trying to get healthy!

LOVE these challenges, they are great! Don’t take much time, but I can really feel them all, and I can fit them in whenever I have 5 minutes. My 14-year-old son laughed at me when he saw me doing it with big soup cans…so I made him do it. He stopped laughing in a hurry, almost didn’t make it through those front ones!

Jamie August 31, 2010 at 2:20 am

LOVE these challenges–I can really feel them working and I can fit them in anytime. My 14-year-old son was laughing at me doing this in the living room with big soup cans–so I made him do them too. Needless to say, he stopped laughing, and could barely finish the front set! Thanks again Bob, these are fantastic!

LOVE these challenges, Bob, they are great to fit in anytime and I can REALLY feel them so I know they are working!! My 14-year-old son was laughing at me doing this with the big soup cans so I made him do it…needless to say, he stopped laughing halfway through the front raises!

I look forward to your challenges every week. Thanks for another great one. I have been doing your series now for about 8 weeks and the results are amazing. Usually I am ready to move on to something else by now but this still kicks my butt. My coworkers cannot believe I do not go to the gym

Pam September 1, 2010 at 9:24 pm

Another awesome challenge Bob! I really think you need to come out with one twice a week – why save it all for Saturday? :-)

Awesome Bob! Kicked my butt! “Just do something. Get started now. That’s what the message of the show is all about.” ~ Bob Harper ~ http://mycarvingtree.com/BobHarper.aspx

Hello Bob!

I need for you to literally kick my butt to make me able to start jogging that 29 K jog… What is that called? Where do you train? This online thing does not work for me… :0(

I just found these challenges and they seem like a great, quick way to add to my workouts. Now I am going to start doing these and the other challenges daily. I am doing my cardio for about 40 minutes every day and now these will help me get in shape and where I want to be for my wedding in Dec. Thanks, Bob

francesasseville October 27, 2010 at 9:48 pm

Great Challenge did it with 5 pounds and loves it :)

Josanne December 4, 2010 at 6:40 pm

HOLY CRAP!!!! I can barely type now! I just tried these with 5lbs weights and my shoulders are burning. I’m definitely going to be incorporating this, along with ALL your challenges, with my spin classes, yoga & turbo jam workouts.

Keep ‘em coming! Love you Bob!!

Hello Bob,

I have purchased all of your workouts, LOVE THEM and the newest one Ultimate Cardio Body, talk about a killer workout. I’m still feeling my shoulder and I even did the bonus glute at the end, anyways I saw the trailers for your two other workouts Ultimate Core and Total Body, they look extremely hard, bring it on. I hope I don’t have to wait too long for those two to come out. I hope you continue making more videos Bob, your an excellent trainer.
