it was difficult but what a work out. ive got small wrists so it hurt a bit. will try on my knees next time and gradually move up to hands. thanks bob
Model was a tad sloppy Bob. Why didn’t you correct her form and make her drop further. Just sayin. Love you Bob
Just watched the challenge and will do them in the morning,looks challenging my arms hurt just watching her.
Just did it! Sloppy as sh*t and had to stop twice but I forced myself to finish it!! THANKS BOB!

Good challenge arms are killing me.
BOB: Question please I see changes in every part of my body however my Quads are bulking like crazy – what to do?? I am 5’4″ size 6 and don’t want muscular thighs, if you could help me out there I’d appreciate it.

Wow that was HARD!! Never seen push ups like that done and i had a blast doing them.Totally working that into my workout routine.GOnna take awhile to really do it but i know I can,very soon.

Great challenge. Will attempt it next time I’m at the gym. One observation, I am big when it comes to proper form, she needed to keep a straight back. Her butt was a little high and her head should not be hanging.

love it, but why don’t you rename it “around the clock” push ups? You mentioned the hours several times as a reference, seems like a more appropriate name for the challenge. Just saying.
