Do you know if the Inside Out DVD series will be released in PAL (European) format any time soon? I’m dying to get my hands on this and get stuck in but I can only find 2 on Amazon.co.uk and they’re in US format. Very unfair since us English would like to work out with you too! In the meantime, thank you for these challenges, they are all awesome

I am starting my journey back to a healthier me. I just ordered your book “Are You Ready”
I go to the gym 5 days a week for an hour each time and I was wondering about some tips to improve my calorie burn while doing cardio. Plus when I am on the treadmill I have been getting really bad shin splints and I have stopped using the treadmill and went to the bike because of it any suggestions.
