Bob Harper’s Inside Out Method – Kettlebell Deadlift Challenge

Bob,

I literally just finished your Kettlebell DVD with the 7lb bell. LOVED IT! But I’m wondering how to incorporate it in with straight cardio stuff cause although it definitely get’s your heart-rate up it felt more like a strength/tone work out. Would this be 2-3 days a week while doing the BL Low intensity cardio? Keeping in mind, I’m a perpetual beginner ;)

Seeing as how I highly doubt I’ll actually get a response from “the Bob” himself….I’m welcome to any input from other members.

Thanks

Kim

Bob,

I am completely addicted to the Inside Out Method. I am on week 3 of the workout schedule and have your kettlebell DVDs (and suffered through Cardio Kettlebell with Becky) I am wondering if there are workout schedules beyond week 4. If so, do they incorporate your new Kettlebell DVDs and my preordered new Cardio DVD? (And where can I find them???)

Thanks,

Joanna

Bob,

I am on week 3 of the Inside Out Method training schedule. Are there workout schedules beyond week 4? If so, where do I find them and do they incorporate the two new kettlebell videos?

Thanks,

Joanna

Bob,

I love your Inside Out DVDs, but I have a shoulder injury and my dr told me no push ups and no overhead lifting for now. Any suggestions on what I can sub during those parts of the DVDs that won’t do further damage to my shoulder?

Thanks!

Joanna-

I have the videos, but can’t find the workout schedule. You say you are on week 3- can you tell me where I would find the schedule?

Thanks-

Kristen

Same here. Schedule? I love the DVDs but I’m 48 and have carpal tunnel–I can’t do the strength everyday simply because my wrists need a break from the push-ups. I’m really looking for a workable schedule for alternating workouts. Any help out there?
