Bob Harper’s Inside Out Method – Dive Bomber Challenge

Hello Bob

Your last CD is fantastic (Super strength)
But my problem that when using the dummbel in push-up position then lift the arm to the highest point up my whole weight becomes on the palm of my other hand against the dummbell which cuses pain a lot.

Is there a possible solution that reduces the pain on each hand palm when lifting the other hand, pls ?

Thank you for helping me

That is so much harder than it looks!! I only managed about 5 with proper form. Great exercise though, excellent for doing throughout the day as a pick me up I reckon.
Thanks Bob and Happy New Year!

I love this! I have been having issues with correct form for these damn things for ages, no one seems to ever quite explain them. Just did 27, not impressive I know, but at least I did them right!

This is a lot harder than it looks. You make it look so easy. I am going to continue trying to improve on these. Thanks for the challenge!!

Oi, dive bombers are tough! I was introduced to them through P90X, but even though they are hard, they are a great workout.

I use these along with broomstick shoulder dislocations before my workouts to open up and stretch out my shoulders. Really love them.

Dive Bomber looks like one of the Five Tibetan Rites. Awesome way to start the day btw. Bob, I did you 7lb kettlebell video on Tuesday evening and I still can’t walk very easily. Standing up out of a chair is so painful. It kicked butt. Literally! Was going to try again tonight, but was nervous I’d overdo it. I loved the video, but discouraged by how sore I am. I immediately felt like rubber chicken legs after workout and really really sore for two days. If you guys try it, test the waters. I was paying so much attention to the weight that I didn’t realize how many squats I was doing. :)

I did Strength today – hadn’t done it for a few weeks and yes it got me. I had gone back to easier workouts after being sick and am really glad to have my strength back to workout with Bob. These workouts are the best ones I’ve done and I’ve done a lot they take it off you quick and build your strength at the same time.

Going to try those dive bombers today.

I have a personal trainer and one of my goals with him is to be able to do a divebomber! The other is a spin class! I’m on my way!!
