Bob Harper’s Inside Out Method – Cardio Pushups
Hahaha. “Holy CRAP, Ron!” That was my favorite part.
only problem with this workout for me is I have arthritis in my right foot..it hurts to be up on my toes. Can I do it with being on my knees like women push ups?
Good workout!!
How can we do it if Bob can barely do it! lol
I can’t believe we actually get to see Bob struggle. Inspiring!! You two are in incredible shape.
Looks pretty intense! I’ll give it a try tomorrow! Thanks guys
Are we going to see that one on the BL anytime soon??
Great workout move! Loved watching Bob complain lol. I hope your biggest loser contestants don’t see you complaining. You know what happens when you complain. You get to do more! LOL!!
I have the same problem Becky. I have joint problems associated with my Psoriasis so I find it very hard to do a lot of the exercises. I have found starting off slow and steady has helped reduce some of my knee pain.
Looks pretty hard ..I am going to try it tomorrow also…
well I tried it all the way through but it was really hard but I did it.
I’m going to try that but I’m a big guy 392. It will b a hard go hard baby
I think just WATCHING you to do that should count as a workout!
This is a great challenge! I added the skater/ab challenge to it then repeated. I’m sore under my arms today, but I love the moves. Thanks Bob!
Intense!! Loved it! Burpees are a breeze compared to this!! Anyone who asked “how can we do it if its tuff for Bob?” … adapt to fit your ability. I still don’t have the upper body strength for all the “non-girlie” pushups, but I tightened my core, did the leg movements and lowered myself into lower pushup, then back up in “girl pushup position, then off my knees to full plank…. then repeat. Got the core workout, the upper body, the cardio without having to stop because my pushup strength isn’t there! I can’t wait to show my CrossFit instructor this move!! My workout mates might hate me tho!!
O.M.G. that is awesome if for nothing else, I struggle through some of my stuff and to see Bob struggle was great. However we dont know how many of those he did before they started shooting.
Would love to see you have Jillian give you a challenge…then let’s see what she does when you talk back! Haha
OMG! Love to see Bob working out, AND complaining about the pain! hahah! LOVE IT! You are such a good sport Bob!
I tried the first minute as a one on one off interval. I only made it three rounds before it was too much and I had to move on to other work. Bob, you are a beast. I loved doing this work and look forward to trying the full thing.
Sounds like Bob was whining in this video…
hahaha wow that looks intense! I’ll defenitely try it tonight while watching The Biggest Looser
!
These are crazy hard, Bob!! Just tried them out today with my exercise buddy. Certainly NOT going to let our trainer know these exercises exist! Our trainer already kills us with tough workouts – these would destroy us. Love seeing you do the challenges along with us. Keep up the great work.
I love moves that get my heart racing in no time, otherwise i often get bored, but the last move, the side plank with a raised leg, i can barely manage that position if i try it when rested, there’s no way i could squeeze that into a routine! Something to work for i guess
Aw…did the big bad man make you do hard hard exercises? Poor you! LOL!!! Seriously, looks good. I won’t even try those until I’m below 225 pounds.
Too funny, my own personal trainer must be watching these videos/challenges because he had me doing the cardio pushups during our session yesterday. Came close to losing my breakfast!!! Awesome set of push ups/planks, love them now!!!
My name is Kathy weight has always been a struggle. In
My late 20′s I moved to South Carolina to change my life. I was going to Golds gym and eating right, sure I had my bad days and my good days we all do. My mother and father are both over weight, in fact they are both very sick due to the obesity. I have been encouraged by the Biggest loser to loose my weight well in 2000 I was 150′s and gained it all back all the way to 194 lbs. I am a breast cancer survivor for 3 years now. I was also diagnose with Reuma arthritis in 2000.
The dangers of losing weight were against me due to all my medication I take. I
moved to the Netherlands and find it hard at times. I have only one of your books and would love if I could have Your latest sent to me but I have no work here for 2 years and can not get a credit card
until I pass the inburgening exam in 2 years. Please help I am down to 135 and I want to keep it off. I find it helpful if I can always have a guide.

That was awesome! Loved it! Did it! Gonna do it again….after I find my wind from my 2 mile run up 7 hills and then through my city in a 20 degree windchill!
