Hi, i saw your performance on the show ” The biggest loser” and decided to look for any info on you. You did a terrific job on the show.
Do you sell your dvds in Portugal too?

AnjLof August 21, 2010 at 6:22 pm

I just did this, and I have to type standing up right now. Thanks Bob- it’s great to have you to ourselves even if it is pre-recorded over the net… I feel as if I am getting the one-on-one time that the Lucky BL competitors get. Only some of us are doing it for us, not for a cash in at the bank in the end : )

Pam September 1, 2010 at 9:33 pm

Woohoo! Nice butt buster Bob! My tushie thanks you. :)

Dixie September 9, 2010 at 9:07 pm

I tried these without using a step to stand on and really kept it down low. I did 25 reps on one leg and then 25 on the other and then started over again until I hit 50 on each leg. Wow! The next day I felt in in both my butt and my quads. Good one, Bob!

Amber September 18, 2010 at 11:20 am

I’d be more likely to call this the Quad Burn… I only felt it in my butt a little. What am I doing wrong?

BabyNut September 23, 2010 at 6:03 pm

Thanks, loved it!

apeck65 September 25, 2010 at 9:47 pm

Love the Butt Burn exercise. I’m always looking for different ways to keep my exercising exciting and challenging. Thanks, BOB!

BlackAngel69 October 5, 2010 at 2:11 am

Looks like great exercise, going to have to try that, thanks Bob

Sean P. Farley October 26, 2010 at 6:55 pm

This challenge absolutely kicked my butt (no pun intented!). These challenges are proving to me that my “normal” workout routine aren’t normal so much as ordinary. I could feel my buns burning and it was so motivating to hear Bob telling me not to stop! I think these challenges are extremely helpful, especially for those of us who see the gym as unnecessary; these exercises are perfect for those who would rather exercise in peace.
