I really like this video look Bob working hard.

Bob, Holy crap! I know I really need to work out, but hearing your breathing on this one has me scared to even try it!! (But I will… haha!) Great to see, though, that even YOU have a trainer to push and inspire you. Makes you more ‘real’, Bob, and I love you even more! Thanks for the challenges!! Pam

Haha, I loved watching you workout bob. I think all your challenge videos should have you showing us them!

BADASS!!! LOVE IT!!

WOW! This truly is harder than it looks. I wasn’t even sure I could do it, but sure enough I did. And, I did it after two of Jillian’s 30 Day Shred workouts. Seeing as I am only 5’4″, jumping 4′side to side is pretty challenging. I’m pretty proud of myself today. :)
Everyone, try this one. Even if you have never done one of Bob’s challenges. Try this one because it is a challenge for Bob from his trainer. This makes it all the more appealing!!!!!

Don’t feel bad Bob, I sweat a lot too. I think people see it as even more gross since I am a girl. LOL Getting down and dirty and working you butt off is the only way to work. If your going to do something, DO IT RIGHT….ALL OUT, BLOOD, SWEAT, AND TEARS BABY!!!!!!

hmmmm didn’t seem like much of a challenge for me…

Letrell November 15, 2010 at 11:26 am

Thank you for sharing this. I work part time in a fitness center (very small one) and have alot of time now to work on myself. I tried this challenge a few times on Saturday. Was having some difficulty with it. Part one was okay, but had to put my feet closer. I did about 3ft. The second part was my undoing. I was near tears falling each time I tried to do the switch then it turned to laughter. I kept going. I must have looked hysterical. But it reached a point that I didn’t really care. I was alone anyway. *smiles*

I am extremely sore today and have discovered a new muscle in my back.*laughing* Think I need a massage!!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this. You are a good man for all you do to help others.

Kind regards,

Letrell

I tried these out today at the gym and all I can say is WOW! These will kill you. But I mean that in the best way possible. Great CORE workout! Oh and Bob, too bad your trainer is such a little guy!!! Haha.

OMG!! I really need this. I have really poor core muscles because of a hip injury. Dr.’s say to take it slow but I need to strengthen my core. I think in time I will be able to with this challege. Goal: to be able to achieve this challenge by Christmas. That gives me about 40 days!
I know I can, I know I can!!

Robbin November 16, 2010 at 10:38 am

Love this clip. I have to remind my trainer to keep count and watch the time too! What is it with these trainers? :-)
