Keeping a Food Journal

It is SO important to keep track of what you eat, but most people don’t take the time to do it. On www.BobHarper.com I have created a comprehensive journal – you can record everything from your food, to your workouts, to your mood! The reason I believe in this is because it allows you to go back and evaluate your progress. Reviewing your journal will help you decide where to make adjustments.



Think about it like taking a test in grade school. If you wanted to improve for the next test, you would review previous exams to see where you could have improved. Exclusive Team Bob Workout Video from www.BobHarper.com

Results are an amazing source of inspiration and www.BobHarper.com is about delivering them. Earlier this week I posted an AMRAP workout from the site and asked you to record your reps and rounds. When it was first posted, I also asked club members to do the same.

About a month later we did the same workout on www.BobHarper.com and not only was there progress for members, but EVERYONE in the Team Bob video beat their previous records!

And I’ve saved the best for last! I was so happy to have Olivia Ward winner of Biggest Loser Season 11 stop by for this workout. Doesn’t she look incredible?!?!!
