Received a great email today from Caio in Brazil. This makes me so happy! Thanks Caio!

Hi bob, my name is Caio Perez, I`m 23 years old and I`m from Brazil. I`ve came to know you by the Biggest Loser on cable tv and since then I`ve been following your work. I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.
About two years ago, I was living a sedentary life and without any control of what I was eating. I used to wake up late every day and had no energy trough out the day to work, study or to the anything that I wanted. Now my week is divided in practicing Boxing, Kendo (a martial art), soccer, running, dancing and I`m starting yoga next week. All that combined with a new way to look over food. I no longer live for eating, but now I eat to live. I started reducing the amount and frequency of food and then I introduced new and healthier elements to my diet. For example, I ate my first tomato at age 21.
Along with my decision to change my life, your teachings and motivation on the TV show kept me going trough out this challenge. It was the combination of my hard work and your mantra (Belive in yourself, trust the process, change forever) that made me the man I am today. Every time I tough about quiting on the treadmill I remembered a clip from season 7 where you lost your head with Joel and said to her: WHAT IS IT? Until then, every time I get sloppy, I ask myself that. Works like a charm.
Just wanted you to know a little bit about how you helped me to save my life. I`m also sending before and after pictures.
