Okay here is your 4th of July Weekend Challenge and it is going to be REALLY HARD!!! Workout everyday until you are RED in the face, take out all the WHITE foods all weekend and pick up “the BLUE zones” book for a great read. Thursday’s Challenge…You have ALL DAY to get in 100 Push Ups. Do as many as you can do on your toes, even if it is only one. Also, get a serving of a green leafy vegetable like Kale, Spinach, Swiss Chard….MIRACLE FOOD!!!
I had my team doing runs on an incline yesterday so Today’s Challenge is…. Put your treadmill on a 7 incline and go as fast as you can, beginners 30sec. and advanced 1min. Do 15 of them. Changing your routine will help to overcome plateaus and this will burn MAD CALORIES!!!
