Okay, it has been way too long and for that I apologize.  I promise to get more up to date.  I’m thinking about just working from this website and not facebook anymore.  Having everyone come here everyday for their Challenges and comments might be the best idea so when I have my morning coffee and do my posts, I only have to go to one site, mytrainerbob.com…..I welcome comments.

Pull-Ups are one of the hardest and best exercises you can do. Being able to pull up your own body weight shows where your physical capabilities are so beginners try just holding your body weight first and then more advanced people, see how many you can do….good luck.

Weekend Challenge!!! For 3 days in a row I want you to give me 50 push ups, 5 mile walk or jog, 100 sit ups, and 5 minutes QUIET meditation. Work the body this weekend AND the mind. Also, get a friend to do this with you this weekend as part of your Challenge.

Okay let’s all get back to work!!! Today’s Challenge, I want you to give me 3-5 miles on the treadmill, running or walking AND 7 miles on a stationary bike. We are BURNING CALORIES TODAY!!!!
