Today’s Challenge…..Hand Walks (standing upright, go into forward bend, put hands on floor and walk out into a push up position & do 1 push up. Beginners do that 25x’s & advanced 50x’s. Then do 100 situps.

Weekend Challenge!!!! NO DAIRY ALL WEEKEND & find a way to break a good sweat for 30-90 minutes. Get your much needed calcium from broccoli, almonds, fortified cereals, white beans, soy beans, fortified almond, soy or rice milk. Adults need about 1000mg a day.
Women must get in 21-25 grams of Fiber and Men must get 31-38 grams. Options include raspberries, pears, whole wheat pasta, lentils, black beans, artichokes & peas. This is IMPORTANT!!!
Wednesday’s Challenge… Jillian & I LOVE “Push Carts”. Get on a treadmill, don’t turn it on, using your feet w/hands on the bar, push the belt of the treadmill for 30sec. then rest 30sec. Repeat 10 times…have fun!
Today you have to give me 50 Burpees, 50 Jumping Squats and 100 Ab Crunches…xoxo
Today’s Challenge I want women having 1200 calories and men can have 1800. This is a great way to see what it is you are eating and how many calories are in your food and if it’s worth it. Don’t forget to count what you are drinking also…xoxo
