Today’s Challenge is gonna be hard but I know you can do it. I want 2 of your meals and all of your snacks to have less than 4 ingredients. Eating more “whole foods” is the perfect pathway in your healthy journey.
Well we just started shooting Season 8 two days after Helen was crowned The Biggest Loser. Didn’t they all look so good that night. It was so much fun and I can’t believe it was 3 hours long!!! Today’s Challenge…SUMO SQUATS!! Beginners must do 75 sumo squats and Advanced must do 150. If you have access to weights use 15 to 50lbs weights. Working large muscle groups turn your body into an incinerator of FAT!
Weekend Challenge, Beginners must clock in 3-5 hours of ANY CARDIO you want. Advanced 6-8 Hours. This Memorial Day I want you burning calories and staying active. Also, NO SODA…you can do this…Get creative when it comes to your cardio…try a spin class, go swimming, help a friend move, paint the house, garden, hike in the sand, in the mountains, join a walking or jogging group…the options are boundless!!

Today’s Challenge is Sprinting Intervals. For 30 seconds, I want you to run as fast as you can, then recover for 1 minute. Beginners do this 5-7 times and Advanced 10-15 times. It’s gonna get your metabolism roaring and you’re gonna burn mad calories…have fun!!
Today’s Challenge is to write down 5 goals that you want to achieve. What are your wanting to change? Fix? What are your lifestyle changes that you want. I believe that when you write down your goals, it makes it more real and tangible. You can have ANYTHING that you want. Let’s make your goals happen, starting TODAY!!
Monday’s Challenge…50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Push Ups, 50 second Plank, 50 Supermans (lay on your belly, arms & legs lift and lower). Beginners 2 sets Advanced 4 sets.
Friday’s Challenge….stay away from Starchy Carbs all weekend. No white pasta, white rice, potatoes, white bread. Replace them with WHOLE GRAIN pasta, BROWN rice, YAMS, WHOLE GRAIN BREADS. Eat Oatmeal for breakfast all weekend. You will feel fuller LONGER and the FIBER is a HUGE BENEFIT.
