dang Bob! you’re sadistic — that was insane (but great!!). I couldn’t stay with the speed (yet), but I managed to get thru all 50. and then the held squat at the end – yow! that was tough!! thanks for posting these challenges – they’re great (as are you!) Love ya, Bob!

omg!!! these are tough, i have a hard time doing them anyway but adding in the push-up’s to it is really bad. i had to split it up and do 25 at a time wait a few min’s and then finish the other 25.

Looks easy…. but I could only do 20! It gives me something to work towards… Thanx Bob, love you!!!!

oh man this is hard but it feels so good. i’m winded by 15. if we all did this 4 or 5 times a day, it would drastically change our bodies. thank you so much for sharing Bob! You’re wonderful!

In my program now I do this move but I add a push up in with it and makes it a bit tougher! :) I will have to try this move minus the push up! :) awesome!

Love this! What a great, challenging alternative to the burpee that has a plyo hop at the end. I think this is tougher because it has very little momentum. Going to try it myself today!
