I watch The Biggest loser all the time and I like Jilian but you are my all time Fav. So I'm hoping you can help me. I just turned 50 in Feb of this yr. I am 5 ft tall and I weigh 211 Lbs. I dont get enough excrise. I have had rehumtoid arthritis since i was 8 yrs old. Over the ast 10 yrs I have had both hips replaced both knees replaced and my right ankle replace so there isnt alot I can do. I am hoping you have a plan i can use as i want to lose 96 lbs.
