squats, push ups, sit ups
Challenge today is to run/walk 5 miles. 200 squats, 50 push ups, & 100 sit ups. Going to the gym in NYC and that is MY workout today.
Last part of Challenge is to watch Biggest Loser tonight and drink plenty of filtered water today!!!
Sit-ups and Tricep Dips
Challenge today is 300 sit ups, 50 tricep dips. No sugary frozen coffee drinks. WASTED CALORIES!!
Push Ups, Lunges, Sit Ups, Meditation + Hydration
Challenge today: 100 push ups, 100 lunges, 100 sit ups AND 5 minutes of meditation. Drink plenty of water today.

2 part Weekend Challenge
Your challenge this weekend is to have NO fried food, and walkers give me 10,000 steps on all 3 days, runners 3-5 miles on all 3 days.
