Thursday Challenge, Cut your calories by 200 today AND burn 200 more calories in your workout. Creating that deficit helps with weight loss


Fiber

Wednesday Challenge is to get 40 grams of FIBER today like nuts, beans, fruits, veggies & whole grains. Helps heart, weight loss & cancer.


Fruit and Veggies

Tuesday Challenge, Get 5 servings of fruit and 5 servings of veggies. Also, get in 60 tricep dips and 60 bicep curls. Use HEAVY weights. xo


Cookie Diet

So I read this article when it first came out and whenever I see people talking about “quick fixes” it gives me reason to be concerned.  I don’t understand how you eat cookies to lose weight and what kind of message it gives.  Don’t get me wrong, I love a cookie just as much as the next person but is that all I want to eat to lose weight… NO WAY!!   (more…)


Alternating Lunges

Monday’s Challenge, 1 minute of alternating lunges for a total of 8 minutes. You have all day to do them. Lunges are a great calorie burner.


Weekend Challenge
