Today is a YOGA Challenge. Hold each of the following 3 poses for 30 seconds and remember to BREATH and RELAX. Downward Dog, Warrior 2 and Triangle Pose. Google poses for directions. Do these poses 3X’s each. Yoga is great for flexibility, blood circulation, and keeps you young and vibrant.
Tuesday’s Challenge….Try doing 5 minutes of alternating lunges without stopping AND 5 minutes of abdominal crunches WITHOUT stopping….Let’s get ready for SUMMER!!!

For today’s challenge I want you to incorporate 3 servings of fresh fruit and 3 servings of cruciferous vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, and cabbage) into your eating regime. C. veggies can help reduce the risk of cancer, contains phytochemicals and FIBER!!
Today’s Challenge is gonna be a FAT BURNER…I want 1 minute alternating lunges, 1 minute run, & 1 minute of pushups. Beginners do this 5-7 times and advanced 10-12 times.
WEEKEND CHALLENGE!!! You have 2 days to clock in.. Beginners 4 mile walk/jog & Advanced 6-8 mile walk/run. AND no regular OR diet soda all weekend…I’m gonna break you of your soda habit if it kills me…
Today’s Challenge can be done in the office…Use your chair to sit and then stand back up (squats) 50X…and you’re gonna have to do 4 sets. Working your larger muscle group (legs) kicks up your metabolism and burns MAD CALORIES!!!
Today’s Challenge…..Figure out your steady jog/run pace and hold it for 2 minutes then walk for one minute. Beginners do this 9 times, Advanced do this 18 times….good luck
