Crunches
Today's Challenge…I want you to give me 250 abdominal crunches. Any kind you want as long as you give me all 250.
Yoga
Today is a YOGA Challenge. Hold each of the following 3 poses for 30 seconds and remember to BREATH and RELAX. Downward Dog, Warrior 2 and Triangle Pose. Google poses for directions. Do these poses 3X's each. Yoga is great for flexibility, blood circulation, and keeps you young and vibrant.
Alternating Lunges and Crunches
Tuesday's Challenge….Try doing 5 minutes of alternating lunges without stopping AND 5 minutes of abdominal crunches WITHOUT stopping….Let's get ready for SUMMER!!!
